Welcome to Reta. We are a non-profit employer trust dedicated to providing affordable, quality healthcare for employees and members of Catholic organizations nationwide.
Since 1976, the Trust has helped religious organizations keep up with rapid changes in the healthcare industry and the world of employee benefits. Reta works with leading industry consultants – plan administrators, claims administrators, legal counsel, managed care coordinators, actuaries, auditors, and investment managers – to help member organizations deliver the highest standard of health benefits, offer flexibility and convenience, and respect Catholic social and moral teachings.
The Reta Trust health plans only provide benefits that are in compliance with the Ethical and Religious Directives for Catholic Health Care Services published by the National Conference of Catholic Bishops.
If you are a Reta health plan participant, even if you are not Catholic or even if you possess differing personal beliefs, the Reta health plans will still only provide benefits in compliance with these Directives.
The Directives can be reviewed at www.usccb.org .
Reta delivers a full range of healthcare, disease management, and wellness programs to over 22,000 members across the United States.
Our member organizations include over 50 Roman Catholic dioceses, archdioceses, and religious communities. Together, these Church entities also govern the Trust – so we are truly responsive to those we serve.
